Pet Policy

Dear Guest,

We are pleased to welcome your pet at Mango Tree Resorts. Kindly note the following guidelines for a comfortable and pleasant stay whilst at our property.

• Your pet should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you must provide a digital copy of current vaccination records from a licensed veterinarian at the time of booking accommodation.
• Mango Tree Resorts charges a fee of Rs. 1000/- per pet per day for the duration of your stay.
• Feeding bowls for pets are a must and must be carried by the guest. We do not provide feeding bowls or any utensils.
• Maximum of one pet per cottage is allowed.
• Pet(s) should be leashed or restrained and supervised at all times in public spaces on the property.
• Pet(s) is/are not to be left in the guest-room unattended at any time without being crated or kennelled.
• Pet(s) are not allowed in the restaurant, conference hall, and swimming pool areas.
• Pet owners are responsible for pet waste clean-up. A pet walking area is marked on the property, or you can ask staff for assistance. Please walk your pet in the specified area only.
• Guests must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing their room.
• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The resort reserves the right to charge the guest's account commensurate with the cost of such damages.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet(s).

Mango Tree Resorts reserves the right to remove guests from the property whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive.
