When making a reservation:
All payments made towards accommodation, events, weddings, food and beverage, corporate bookings, activities or other services shall be subject to the applicable quotation, booking confirmation or payment terms. Mango Tree Resorts reserves the right to require advance payment, security deposits or full payment depending on the nature of the booking. Any applicable taxes, government charges or other statutory levies shall be payable by the guest/customer unless specifically stated otherwise.
For weddings, conferences, corporate events, group bookings and other special events, separate quotations, agreements, payment schedules and cancellation policies may apply. Where a separate written agreement or quotation has been accepted by the customer, the terms of that agreement shall govern the specific event or booking in addition to these Terms & Conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding the event, including guest numbers, timings, programme requirements, vendors and other arrangements, is accurate. Any additional services, damages, extended usage, additional guests, food and beverage consumption or other charges not included in the agreed package may be charged separately.
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms may vary depending on the type of reservation, event, package or promotional offer. The applicable cancellation and refund conditions communicated at the time of booking shall apply to that particular reservation or event. Promotional offers, discounted rates and special packages may have separate cancellation and refund restrictions.
Guests and customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while using the facilities and services of Mango Tree Resorts. Guests may be held responsible for loss, damage or destruction caused to resort property, equipment, furnishings or facilities due to their negligence, misconduct or intentional acts. Mango Tree Resorts reserves the right to recover applicable costs and damages from the responsible guest or customer, subject to applicable law.
All content available on the Site, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, brand names, illustrations, website layouts, and written content is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Mango Tree Resorts.
The name “Mango Tree Resorts”, its logos, branding and associated materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction or use of the Site's content may result in legal action as permitted under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Tree Resorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its information.
Mango Tree Resorts shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, utility failures, technical failures or other force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes, claims, complaints, proceedings, actions or legal matters arising out of or relating to Mango Tree Resorts, its services, bookings, events, transactions, website or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
